Before you book
How long do I have it?
Your rental covers one event, one location and one day, typically within a 3–5 hour event window. Choose your setup and strike—or pickup and return—times when booking. For delivered rentals, we recommend setup approximately one hour before your event begins.
Who delivers and sets up the piano?
Delivery, setup and strike are handled by a trained Berly World team member, professionally presented in event-appropriate black attire with Berly World branding—from a branded hat or shirt to an elegant gold BW pin on a blazer, depending on the formality of the event and client requests.
Do you deliver outside Phoenix?
Yes. We offer destination delivery to Sedona and Tucson for $1,500, including delivery, setup and strike. Select your event location when reserving and the appropriate rate will apply automatically.
What if something gets damaged?
The card you pay with is saved securely by Stripe when you book, and by agreeing to the rental terms you authorize it to be charged for damage to or loss of the shell or its equipment — up to $1,250, and only for the actual cost of repair or replacement. Nothing is charged unless something is actually damaged, and we tell you what it was and what it cost before we charge it.
The piano travels in a large padded carrying bag with a moving dolly. All parts must be returned with the piano, including the bag, dolly, leg screws, hardware and accessories. All screws and smaller components must be returned in the provided hardware bag. Missing pieces or equipment may result in an additional charge.
Who is Club Berly?
Club Berly is Berly World’s professional talent roster. Active Club Berly talent receive an exclusive $350 self-pickup rate as a roster benefit. Enter your name and the last four digits of your phone number at checkout to verify your status and unlock the Club Berly rate.
Can I change my date?
Yes. Cancel your existing reservation and rebook for your preferred available date. Cancelling frees your date straight away, so you can book another one immediately.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 7 days before your event and you are refunded in full. Cancel 7 days or less before your event and half the rental is refunded; the other half is the cancellation fee. Either way your date is released the moment you cancel. Online cancellation closes the day before your event — on the day itself the piano may already be on its way to you, so email book@berlyworld.com and we will help. Cancel a reservation.
